Due to the establishment of our Nordic organization we completed 10 workshops for approximately 70 managers representing the four capitals in the northern region. The development activities enabled the leaders to increase both their commitments and understanding of how the common Nordic organisation will be developed.
Even in the introductory phase with Lars it becomes clear that he knows what he is doing and has the competencies to allocate what is needed in the organisation or team. Lars’ teaching is a great mixture of both theory and practice-oriented exercises that makes it both relevant and interesting.
In our work strengthening our global organisation we cooperated with Pitstop Management as counsellors and educators. Their great experience and useful tools has developed our leaders mindsets and skills both through courses and individual guidance.
Lars is a committed, thorough and very competent teacher who manages to combine theory with practice, where he constantly supports the theory with practical cases from our industry.
At our Flügger strategy implementation seminar and kick-off, our top 40 leaders in the organisation completed a Team CultureTM analysis. The results and the process raised our awareness of not only the different cultures represented but also how we, as an organisation, are able to affect the different cultures to support the strategy implementation.
In our aim to become truly global and release the potential in our global organization Lars Pedersen with his extensive experience helped us understand the various elements of distance leadership and facilitated a process of creating and sharing knowledge between team members to fully exploit the potential.
The managers in Denmark and Sweden experienced authentic and inspiring training. Likewise, a course for our Baltic management team was challenging and very education.
With an easy to understand model you have Kick-started our cultural journey and given us the means to adress our teams culture. What I particularly liked was the practical approach with a strong sheer to tangible actions and the way you worked in Sweco specific names/titles/countries into your story.
Last, but not least, they deliver excellent training in the many workshops we have carried out in Scandinavia and Central/Eastern Europe
Even with my experience it was very usefull to take time to reflect on how I do this and how I can improve.
